The Signature Project, located in Livadia, comprises two apartment blocks. The ground floor will include outdoor parking, a gym, changing rooms, a common swimming pool, a kids’ playground, and storage areas, while the two upper floors will accommodate 49 residential apartments.

Evripidou PMs shall provide comprehensive Project Management Services for The Signature scheme during the tendering and construction stages of the project as applicable while ensuring adherence to budget,
schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the process.
