This Project involves the development of the new Medicover Genetics Headquarters in Cyprus through the modification and fit-out of an existing building. The aim is to convert the structure into a functional laboratory and office facility that meets the operational requirements and standards of Medicover Genetics. The works will also include the expansion of part of the building to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the space.

As Project Managers (PMs), Evripidou PMs will provide a full range of services, supporting the Client throughout all phases of the project. Our role includes coordinating consultants, contractors, and all involved parties from the initial planning and design stages through to construction and final delivery. We are responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within the approved budget, and in accordance with the required quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
