This Project involves the execution of modifications / fit-out works at the existing Labs Tower Building on levels 6–9 and 21–22, which will operate as office spaces.

Evripidou PMs shall provide comprehensive Project Management Services for the Labs Tower project encompassing all project phases from the design stage and thereafter while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the process.
