This Project involves the development of a new Office and Gallery on the Limassol seafront. The office building will comprise a total of eight storeys, offering modern, functional, and comfortable workspaces designed to meet contemporary business needs. Adjacent to it, the two-storey gallery will provide a dedicated space for artistic exhibitions and cultural events, promoting creativity and community engagement in a prime coastal location.

As Project Managers (PMs), Evripidou PMs will provide a full range of services, supporting the Client throughout all phases of the project. Our role includes coordinating consultants, contractors, and all involved parties from the initial planning and design stages through to construction and final delivery. We are responsible for ensuring that the project is completed on time, within the approved budget, and in accordance with the required quality, safety, and regulatory standards
