Larnaca Arts & Cultural Centre, located in Oroklini, Larnaca. The mixed-use development is nestled into the centre of the Land of Tomorrow Masterplan area. The development will cover an area of approximately 4,244 square meters. It will consist of basement services and storage, ground floor parking spaces, a ground floor area and three floors of multi-use spaces including a 600-person venue, restaurants, shops offices, workshops, a library and other cultural spaces.

Evripidou PMs will deliver end-to-end Project Management Services for the Larnaca Arts & Cultural Centre project, covering all relevant phases of the project lifecycle. These services will ensure consistent compliance with approved budgets, timelines, quality requirements, and health and safety regulations throughout project execution.
