A private residential complex in the mountainous region of Prodromos, Cyprus, comprising of 3 private residences and common areas. The project is technically challenging mainly due to the plot, which is situated on a steep slope, as well as the harsh climatic conditions of the area compared to the rest of the island.

Our role as Project Managers on this project, entails supporting the Client in technical matters, while coordinating all stakeholders throughout all phases of the project. Additionally, we are responsible for controlling the project budget, and time, while making recommendations for savings on both. In terms of quality, the Client has specified a very high standard, which up to this point is being achieved by a very detailed design. To achieve the best results, we will have to ensure that very strict procedures and close monitoring are also implemented at the construction stage.
