This project is located in Platres, Limassol, and involves the development of a family residential complex. The plot which covers an area of around 1124 sqm is situated in a forested area and currently includes an existing residential unit, which will undergo full renovation and considerable extension. The development will include various amenities such as landscape design, a pool area, and other facilities. Additionally, the construction of two new residential houses within the site is being evaluated. The surrounding area will also be landscaped with appropriate trees and vegetation.
As Project Managers (PMs), our role encompasses a comprehensive range of services. We will provide the necessary technical support to the Client while coordinating all relevant activities, consultants, and contractors throughout the project's lifecycle—from its inception and design to its construction. Our primary objective is to ensure that the development is completed on schedule, within the allocated budget, and according to the specified standards.
