This project is located in Platres, Limassol, and involves the development of a residential family complex. The plot is situated in a forested area and currently includes an existing housing unit, which will undergo renovation and extension.

Additionally, two new houses will be constructed on the site. The development will include various amenities such as a swimming pool, landscaped areas and other facilities. The surrounding space will also be planted with appropriate trees and vegetation.

As Project Managers (PMs), we will provide the necessary technical support to the Client while coordinating all relevant activities, consultants, and contractors throughout the project's lifecycle—from its inception and design to its construction in order to complete the development on schedule, within the specified budget and standards.
