Evripidou Project Managers are pleased to announce that we have been assigned as the Project Managers of an exciting new endeavour, the Redevelopment of the Forest Park Hotel in Platres.
Our role covers the full range of associated PM services, where we shall oversee all technical aspects of the scheme from its inception and design through to its delivery.

The Client who has undertaken this significant investment project is Mr Kostas Cleanthous, who is the co-founder of the international forex company XM and founder of the 'Cleanthous Foundation' charity. His vision is the creation of a modern mountain resort, in accordance with the specifications of corresponding luxury resorts abroad, which will simultaneously revive the glamour of the historic hotel. The project will be implemented with full respect for its history, the area and the environment, so that it can once again be a point of reference in Cyprus as well as internationally. At the same time, the project is expected to create hundreds of jobs, both during the renovation activities and its operation, thereby contributing decisively to the economic regeneration of the entire region.

The hotel will continue to operate as normal and welcome its guests in its current form, until the procedures and plans for its complete renovation are completed. Once the relevant works commence, the hotel will suspend its operations until the redevelopment phase is concluded.

With the proactive leadership of the Project Managers, the endeavour remains firmly on track to meet its objectives. The design team is currently engaged in the final refinement of the Schematic Design (SD) of the hotel, which is shaping up to be of an exceptionally high quality—reflecting the project's ambitious vision and the collaborative strength of the team. Foster + Partners serve as the Lead Design Architects, supported by a strong and well-coordinated team of local and international consultants.
