The project consists of 2 adjacent similar buildings and is separated into two distinct phases.

Phase A’ was successfully completed on time in 2022, and comprises a 3-storey building which includes a commercial space on the ground floor, three floors of offices as well as parking facilities on the ground floor and at the basement level.

Phase B is presently in the construction stage and encompasses the development of a four-story office building with a basement level.

Our role as Project Managers spans both phases, ensuring comprehensive support from inception to completion. We are fully engaged in all stages of the project, offering necessary technical support to the Client and ensuring effective coordination with all stakeholders involved. The primary goal of our team is to deliver the project with the highest possible quality within the designated timeline and budget.
