The proposed project is located in Ayios Nicolaos, adjacent to the K Cineplex in Larnaca. It comprises of a 6 floor office building with a mechanical floor.

Evripidou PMs shall provide comprehensive Project Management Services for the Baleland Commercial Development scheme encompassing all stages of the project as applicable while ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, quality standards, and safety regulations throughout the process.
