The project, covering an area of 38,000sqm, combines variety of uses such as pipe-yards, waste storage areas, pipe inspection areas, chemical storage sheds, dry bulks and liquid mud plants, offices, all of them of high demands in both design and construction stage. This logistic base, located in Larnaca's port, provides intensive supporting services to ENI , during the offshore investigation drilling program for oil & gas.

Our practice had been assigned with the full scope of design and supervision services, whilst by the commencement of the project we had been awarded with the P.M. services targeting to assist on the acceleration and smooth completion of the project. Eventually the base was delivered 4 months after the commencement date, some weeks ahead compared to the schedule set.
