The project involves the development of a residential complex with 43 villas, along with infrastructure and supporting facilities. Parking places needed will be accommodated within the underground level to secure an upgrade character in the project.

Structurally wise the main challenge is to deal with all residences in the basis of that reinforced flat slab. This resulted in conducting sophisticated calculation to prove the adequacy of the above mentioned solution.
