The project comprises two adjacent buildings with similar designs, which are being developed in two separate phases.

Phase A' was successfully finished on schedule in 2022, consisting of a 3-storey office building with a basement whereas Phase B is currently in the construction stage and includes the development of a four-story office building with a basement level.

Structural design challenges were mainly related with big spans in combination with the flat slab requirements. All structural elements are being designed based on Reinforced Concrete.
