The proposed development in Latsia, Nicosia, involves the construction of two independent office towers. Both buildings have 4 superstructure levels and 1 basement parking floor. Structural design challenges were mainly related with big spans in combination with the flat slab requirements. All structural elements have been design based on Reinforced Concrete.
